What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form we receive the name, email address, project type and message you choose to give us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information with each request — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Who processes it
Contact form messages are stored in our database hosted by Supabase and a copy is posted to a private Discord channel so we can reply quickly. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to run these services.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets only the cookies needed to remember your cookie choices. Any analytics or marketing cookies are off until you accept them, and you can change your decision at any time through the cookie preferences on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking first.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email viraj@ivy-dev.com or ishan@ivy-dev.com and we will respond.
